Has a Degree in Law and Political Science from the Latin American University of Science and Technology (Panama – 2003), she has a Master’s Degree in Business and Maritime Law at the Comillas Pontifical University (Spain – 2004) and a Master’s Degree in Law and Economics from the Università degli Studi di Bologna (Italy) and Université Paul Cézanne Aix Marseille III (France – 2005).
