Founding Partner of Benedetti CL Abogados, has about 20 years of experience in the legal exercise, concentrating her practice in Intellectual Property Law. She represents important companies of different sectors, local and international, in the protection of their trademarks, patents and copyright, and defending each of their interests before the Panamanian courts.
She is a member of the National Bar Association, of the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), of the International Association of the Intellectual Property (INTA) and of the Panamanian Association of Intellectual Property.=
Yolianna obtained her Law & Political Science degree from the Santa Maria La Antigua University (1998), has an L.L.M. in Intellectual Property from the Franklin Pierce Law Center (1999).
